Amazing is an understatement

I arrived in Halifax from Ontario only to discover the power cord for my Airmini was missing. My apnea is very severe meaning it is dangerous for me to miss a night let alone several. I checked every store in the area and many online stores. No luck. Either no stick or 5 day delivery. I called CPAPclinic.ca at 2pm my time. I had the cord in my hands 9am next day. Forgotten CPAP electrical cord

I realized when I was unpacking my CPAP machine at the airport hotel that I had not packed the electrical cord for my CPAP. I phoned your company and got in touch with Alex who undertook to locate the necessary cord and then arrange for a Uber driver to deliver it to the hotel. It was a necessary expense since we are flying out for a month tomorrow morning early. Thanks once again to Alex who went out of his way to make all this happen. Peter
